Deploy your CrowdmuseProduct Contract
1// Digital vs physical mint and choose your network
Decide if you are deploying a digital or physical mint as this takes into some differentiating factors.
For digital mints using the CrowdmuseProduct Contract you can set this to priced or free mints
Digital mints will only ask buyers to provide a email address upon redeem for follow up customer emails
2// ProductNFT Data Input We recommend reviewing the data you need to complete first before the time of contract deployment. See below in the access links section for a template manual input sheet to use for a digital and physical mint. Few things to look out for
Product URL is the extension of your product name i.e. *crowdmuse.xyz/collect/**attention-power-crew-neck-slow-rodeo-base-house***
The default choice for “support required” is self-handled, where you will take care of production and fulfillment. Please only choose the curation option if we have already confirmed we can help.
For delivery and returns, please add terms and conditions for guarantees you can provide, and add the countries you can ship to. If you can ship to all countries, leave this blank.
For inventory variants, make sure total quantities add up to total number of NFTs.
For creators splits, make sure you add the full wallet address (not ens) and use one decimal point on revenue split max (i.e. 30.5%)
When calculating your splits, take into consideration the cost sheet example to include production and delivery costs when pricing your product.
3// Enough funds in your wallet for deployment
Please ensure you have enough funds in the wallet you are using to deploy to cover gas on the respective network upon deployment. This is around $1 to $5 equivalent in ETH on Base, Optimism, and Zora.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
How can I use Crowdmuse today?
Creators or brands who want to drop their digi-physical products can already create their product on Crowdmuse. If curation support is needed before creating a product, please send a proposal via the request form. Crowdmuse enables creators and brands to sell products with credit card and USDC on any network, with no code storefronts and customer order management.
I have an idea for what I want to do but don’t know where to start?
That’s ok! Our team can assist you in finding the right physical piece to demonstrate your work by giving our expert opinion on what would work best and access to our network of manufacturers across apparel, accessories, print, books and 3D printing objects. Book a demo and a chat with us here.
How do I calculate the number of items to sell and at what price point?
We recommend selling products on a low volume (less than 100 in some cases) or custom 1of1s to give a sense of exclusivity to your product drops and to ensure you can meet your order minimums. Usually, the physical products sold on the Crowdmuse Marketplace such as apparel, accessories, and print tend to range between $50 to $300 priced in USDC (see example product drop we did for Optimism). The price is dependent on your cost of goods (i.e. supply) which can vary on the product being produced which is then given a mark-up to reflect final retail price.
How do I price the product to cover any delivery costs if I take care of fulfillment myself?
We recommend selling products locally to avoid international delivery costs. Domestic deliveries range from $5 to $30 depending on the package, while international shipping can range from $30 to $200. To avoid losing money on a drop, please check the rates per location here, US domestic shipping or international shipping. Currently, the only way to cover delivery costs is to include costs within the price of the product. If you do want to ship internationally, make sure to look up the shipping cost per package through Fedex or other providers. Please note, Fedex and other providers have up to 80% discount on shipping once you set up a trusted or business account.
Does Crowdmuse provide physical delivery and fulfillment?
We recommend selling locally or in a market where most of your audience is located. This helps reduce cost when limiting interaction order delivery options. We do provide fulfillment and delivery for select partners and subscribers. Delivery can be requested at a higher percentage fee cost per drop. Some of our apparel suppliers can enable customer fulfillment and our fulfillment partner in Brooklyn, NYC can fulfill certain volumes to the US market.
How do I distribute funds after my product sells?
As a product owner or contributing creator, you will be able to click a "Distribute Funds" button on the product page once your first order is paid in crypto. Credit card payments made through Stripe will take 1-2 weeks to land into the product contract, ready for distribution. Please note, by deploying a product contract and distributing funds, you are legally agreeing to ensure your customers receive your product. Please do not distribute funds if you need to hit a certain number of minimum orders, or if you can no longer ensure the succesful delivery of your product. If there is any issue with distributing funds, or have questions on the amount distributed, contact gm@crowdmuse.com.
Are there any refunds on Crowdmuse?
There are no refunds available on Crowdmuse. We are working to add this feature, but until then, please add the following terms under "delivery and returns" when creating your product:
Delivery handled by the merchant. All physical product redemptions are final (non-refundable) and no returns are accepted.
